I'm Jonathan Averett, an Army veteran based in Trussville. I run a one-person handmade wood flag business, American Wood Flags, and I built the online setup for it myself: the website, the Google listing, the email list, the checkout and the automatic emails.
That same setup is what I offer to other local businesses. You already have customers. Open Sign Systems ties your online pieces together so customers can find you, reach you, and hear from you again.
The rule I hold to: you own every account. I never ask for your password. When we're done, I hand it all over so you can run it, or hire anyone you want to run it. No lock-in.
